    1. Am I eligible to apply for a loan?
    A

    To apply you need to be between 20-65 years of age with full civil capacity, as well as legitimate and stable source of income. You will be asked to present valid ID as well as other relevant materials depending on the requirements for each loan product.

    You can apply through any of the following:

    (2) In person at one of our branch offices

    3. Is there any fee involved in applying for a loan?
    A

    There is no fee involved in any step before the final contract-signing.

    4. What is the loan application process and how long does it take?
    A

    The process involves three steps: loan application–loan approval–loan disbursement. If you have all your materials ready, it would normally take 1-3 business days from application to disbursement, and at best you may receive the money on the same day you apply.

    5. How much can I apply for?

    Grassland will present you with your credit limit based on your personal information, credit status and best-suited loan product.

    1. How do I check my repayment status?
    A

    You can check your repayment status through either of the following:
    (1) Grassland WeChat platform: search for our corporate WeChat account (Grassland-CQ2014),click on"Customer Service" – "User Center" – verify identity – check  repayment status and other information.
    (2) Call your personal loan officer and ask for your repayment status.

    2. How will it impact me if I do not repay the loan on time?
    A

    Delinquency record will be uploaded to the People's Bank of China Credit System and cause negative impact to your credit history. Your credit record affects many parts of your life, making repayments according to the time and amount in the loan contract is very important to maintaining a positive credit history.
